重要须知：

• 2027年AP考试将在5月3日-7日和5月10日-14日两周内以线下考试形式进行。
• 同一名考生每年只能报考同一门AP考试一次，不能重复报考或在不同考点报名参加同一科目考试。禁止在不同AP考点报名参加同一门考试，违反者考试报名将面临被取消。
• 学生在同一年只能报考AP微积分AB或AP微积分BC其中一门，不能同时报考两门。
• 学生可以在一年内参加所有四门AP物理考试。
• 考试时间冲突科目安排：
  • 英语文学与写作和网络安全：学生只能报考5月5日的英语文学与写作考试和5月18日的网络安全考试。
  • 物理1和物理C：电磁学：学生只能报考5月5日的物理1考试和5月20日的物理C：电磁学。
  • 计算机科学A和艺术史：学生只能报考5月12日的计算机科学A考试和5月18日的艺术史。
  • 5月18日和5月20日的Late考试考点安排：
    • 北京，上海，广州，深圳，南京，杭州等有多个考点的考试城市，将统一集中到该城市的一个考点进行考试；
    • 其他只有单一考点地址的考试的城市，不受此变化的影响；
• 考生需查询了解自己所属考点的城市，以便报名缴费时进行考位预留。考点的具体名称、地址及交通指引等信息将在4月初发布。
• AP Art and Design艺术设计（包含2D/3D/Drawing科目）和AP Research学术论文：
  • 学校不需要自己操作预定这些考试，请通过Prometric统一报名。报名缴费流程与纸笔考试相同；
  • 这些科目无线下考试，学生需在线提交作品集，请关注College Board相关信息及提交截止日期。只有成功订购的需提交作品集的考试才会发送到AP项目以评分；
  • 请访问AP学生网页了解作品集提交操作指导https://apstudents.collegeboard.org/digital-portfolios/submit-ap-art-design-work；
  • 教师和学生注意：需要上传数码作品的科目，所有作品及论文上传截止日期必须按照AP官方指定日期，Prometric不再提醒。

• AP考试全部使用Bluebook应用程序进行机考。中国考生适用科目如下：

考生报名资格：不遵守可能会导致注册被取消

• AP授权学校学生报名条件：
  • 必须是就读于有College Board的CEEB学校代码（6位数字学校代码）并有AP授权的学校的高中在读学生。
• 社会考生报名条件：
  • 社会考生必须具备高中学籍且符合以下条件之一，方可报名参加考试：
    • 就读于未获得 CEEB 代码或未开设 AP 课程的高中；
    • 高中阶段接受在家教育、自主学习和/或就读于网络学校学习AP课程；
    • 需凭借指定 AP科目考试成绩获得大学录取的应届高中毕业生。
  • 以下情况不能作为社会考生报名参加AP考试：
    • 就读的高中有提供AP项目和考试报名，不论是参加AP课程还是自学AP课程，学生必须通过本校报考，不能以社会考生身份报考；
    • 已经从高中毕业或大学在读学生；
    • 教师、家教、或任何考试培训从业人员；
    • 任何不用AP成绩申请大学的考生。
• 重要提示： 考生不得在两个不同的学校或考点报考同一门 AP 考试。考生须在Prometric中国AP考点报名之前，主动取消已在其他学校和/或考点报考的相关AP科目考试。如发现重复报名，Prometric中国考点系统中的重复报名将会被取消，且不再另行通知或退款。因任何重复报名导致的报名失败，须报名考生自己承担报名失败的结果。
• 可接受的证件类型。考生必须具有政府颁发的合法有效身份证件如下：
  • 中国大陆居民身份证
  • 港澳居民居住证
  • 台湾居民居住证
  • 港澳居民来往内地通行证
  • 台湾居民来往大陆通行证
  • 港澳特区居民身份证
  • 港澳特区护照
  • 护照（仅限非中国籍）

考生考试证件要求：请报名前了解，以免影响未来参加考试

1. 报名时提交的有效证件类型、姓名及姓名拼写、生日等信息必须与考试时携带的有效证件类型、姓名及姓名拼写、生日等信息完全一致。
2. 中国大陆考生必须携带有效的中华人民共和国居民身份证原件参加考试，这是唯一接受的身份证件。根据中华人民共和国相关法律，任何年龄的公民，均可在户籍所在地申领居民身份证。请考生确认在AP考试期间，其所持身份证必须在有效期内、芯片信息读取功能正常、本人当前相貌无重大改变（如整容、性别改变等）。否则，建议考生立即重新申请新的身份证。
3. 中国香港和澳门考生必须携带有效期内的港澳居民來往內地通行证、港澳居民大陆居住证、港澳特区身份证或港澳特区护照原件参加考试；此证件必须与准考证显示的证件号码一致。
4. 中国台湾考生必须携带有效的台湾地区居民往来大陆通行证原件或台湾居民大陆居住证原件参加考试；此证件必须与准考证显示的证件号码一致。
5. 非中国籍考生必须携带有效护照原件参加考试。护照明确显示考生的姓名、本人近期照片和签字，并带有合法有效的中国入境签证（包括合法有效居留许可）。

• 注意：考生必须在每门科目的考试前通过身份验证。无法凭有效身份证明进行验证的学生将被拒绝入场。有效身份证明必须符合以下要求：

1. 提供的身份证件为原件，由政府颁发；
2. 身份证件类型为上述列出的被接受的证件类型之一；
3. 身份证件上的照片必须是近期拍摄的，清晰可辨，并且与考试当天学生的外貌明显相符；
4. 身份证件必须在有效期内——到期日期在考试日期之后；
5. 身份证件上的姓名和出生日期必须与Prometric提供的准考证及有效的Bluebook账号上的姓名和出生日期一致；
6. 身份证件上的信息芯片（如有）必须可正常读取。

报考相关说明：

• AP学校管理员需要先收集学生信息并建立以学校为单位的AP考试报名信息文件，列出本校的AP学生及需要报考的科目。
• AP学校管理员提交学生名单和科目后，学生才可以进入Prometric系统，进行下一步考试报名及缴费。AP学校的学生只能选择AP学校报名。
• 符合报名条件的社会考生须自行通过MyAPChina网站https://myapchina.prometric.com.cn提交报名信息，才可以进行下一步考试报名及缴费。
• 所有在Prometric已完成报名并缴费的学生保证有考位。
• 报名缴费之前，学生可在考点名录页面或登录MyAPChina网站https://myapchina.prometric.com.cn查看所属学校对应的考点所在城市。具体考试地点将在4月初发布。
• 报名信息，包括姓名及姓名拼写、证件类型及证件号和生日等将显示在准考证上并且不可更改，且必须和考试时携带有效证件信息保持一致。准考证（包含确切考点地址）在考前一个月左右可以下载。
• 学生AP Profile中的姓名拼音拼写必须和参加考试的证件法定姓名一致。请参考学生指导手册的说明。
• 关于AP Art and Design艺术设计（包含2D/3D/Drawing科目）和AP Research学术论文
  • 没有正式的课程结束考试。学生必须直接向AP项目提交作品集。报名缴费流程与线下机考科目相同。
  • 这些需在线提交数字作品集的考试科目与考点无关。报名过程中提示查询考场地点时，请输入在上面步骤找到的考点所在城市名称。此步骤仅用于完成缴费的目的。
  • 报名过程中显示的考试日期和时间是作品集上传和提交的截止时间。
  • 付费成功后，系统会发送缴费确认信邮件给学生。Prometric将代学生订购考试以便学生上传和提交作品集。

• 考试期间需要特别照顾或者安排的考生，必须提前向College Board SSD部门提交申请并获得官方正式批准。同时需与Prometric确认考点可对应处理该特殊需求，确认无误后方可完成报考。考生可查看College Board网页https://apstudents.collegeboard.org/getting-accommodations，查询特殊考试安排的申请条件、办理流程及相关细则。未取得官方批准且未与Prometric完成确认的特殊申请，考点不予执行特殊考试安排。

报名截止日期：

• 报名、缴费及确认的时间节点，AP学校管理员，学生/家长的报名操作指导，请在报名流程页面查看和下载。
• 报名截止日期之后不再接受新增报名。

考试费：

• AP考试每科费用为￥1525元人民币，包含￥133元手续费和税费（不可退还）。Prometric接受银行卡、支付宝或微信支付缴纳考试费。
• 考生确认报考并成功缴费后，不予受理退费申请。
• 仅在以下情形可办理退费：因不可抗力，或 Prometric及College Board均无法管控的突发事件，造成报名失败、考点无法正常组织考试。退费款项，在扣除手续费及税费后，将原路返还至支付账户，请考生使用本人或家长长期正常使用的支付宝 / 微信账号完成支付。
• AP 考试无补考安排。考生报名后如弃考、缺考，或因个人其他原因未能参加考试，已缴纳费用不予退还。

Important to Know:

• The 2027 AP Exams will be administered at physical test center locations over two weeks in May: May 3–7 and May 10–14.
• The AP Program permits students to register at only ONE testing location for each subject. Do not attempt to register for the same exam at Prometric and any other AP test centers. Doing so will jeopardize a student’s exam registration altogether. Students from designated AP schools in China must register with only Prometric for the subjects listed below.
• Students can only register for either AP Calculus AB or AP Calculus BC in the same year, but not both.
• Students can take all four AP Physics exams in one year.
• Subjects with exam date conflict:
  • English Literature and Composition and Cybersecurity: Students can only take the English Literature and Composition exam on May 5 and the Cybersecurity exam on May 18.
  • Physics 1 and Physics C: E&M: Students can only take the Physics 1 exam on May 5 and the Physics C: E&M exam on May 20.
  • Computer Science A and Art History: Students can only take the Computer Science A exam on May 12 and the Art History exam on May 18.
  • Late testing locations for May 18 and May 20:
    • Cities with multiple testing centers, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanjing, and Hangzhou, will consolidate the exams into a single testing center;
    • Other cities with a single testing center will not be affected by this change;
• Students should identify the city where the test center is assigned to reserve a seat when registering and paying the fee. Specific details, such as the test center’s name, address, and transportation directions, will be released in early April.
• AP Art and Design (2D, 3D, Drawing) and AP Research.
  • AP schools will not order by themselves and must order these exams through Prometric. Their registration and payment procedure is the same as other exams.
  • These exams do not have end of course exams. Students are responsible for submitting digital works through the AP Digital Portfolio system directly to AP. A student’s portfolio exam will only be sent to the AP Program for scoring if an exam has been ordered on behalf of the student.

  • Note: Please upload Digital Portfolio before the deadline, which is indicated on College Board website. Prometric will not remind the deadline again.
  • Eligibility to apply for the AP Research: Only students who have officially taken the AP Research course at schools authorized by the College Board to offer the course. AP Coordinator must confirm the course selection roster when uploading the list. Self-study/Non-Affiliated students cannot apply for the AP Research exam.
• For all other exam subjects that are not offered by Prometric China, students may register with the Prometric’s AP test center in Singapore (https://www.prometric.com/CBAPSG), or other authorized AP test centers in Hong Kong SAR of China or S. Korea.
• All AP Exams are delivered by the Bluebook digital testing application. Subjects applied to students in China:

  • Reminder on device requirements: Bluebook supports testing on Mac and Windows devices, and iPads. Bluebook must be installed and tested successfully before test day.

Student Eligibility Policy: Failure to comply may result in cancelled registrations.

• AP School Student Eligibility:
  • Student must be a high school student enrolled in a school that has a College Board CEEB school code (6-digit school code) and is authorized to offer AP courses.
• Non-Affiliated Student Eligibility:
  • Students must be currently enrolled in or affiliated with a high school. This includes
    • Students who are enrolled at a high school without CEEB code or AP program.
    • High school-level students who are homeschooled, participate in independent study, and/or attend a virtual school.
    • Recent high school graduates who need a specific AP Exam for university admission.
  • Examples of students who are not eligible to register as non-affiliated students.
    • Students who are enrolled at an AP school, either taking an AP class or independently studying for AP.
    • Students who are no longer attending high school or are college students.
    • Teachers, tutors and test prep staff of any institution.
    • Anyone who does not intend to use AP for college admission.
• Students MUST NOT register for the same AP Exams at two different schools or test centers. Students are responsible for dropping the subjects at other schools and/or test centers prior to registering with the Prometric China. If double registration is found, the duplicated examination(s) in Prometric China’s system may be cancelled without further notice or refund. Prometric China will not be responsible for any unsuccessful registration due to duplicated registrations.
• Accepted forms of ID. Students must have a valid, government issued personal ID from the list below:
  • China Mainland National ID
  • China Hong Kong and Macau Residential ID
  • China Taiwan Residential ID
  • China Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents
  • China Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents
  • China Hong Kong/Macau SAR PR ID
  • China Hong Kong/Macau SAR Passport
  • Passport for non-China Nationality

Requirements for Identification documents:

1. The valid ID which students present for test must be the same registration information including valid ID type, ID number, name and date of birth.
2. Students from Mainland China must use their valid original resident Identity Cards of the People’s Republic of China to take the exam; that is the only acceptable identity certificates. According to the relevant laws of the People’s Republic of China, citizens of any age can apply for their resident ID cards at the registering place for permanent residence. Please confirm that the ID card you hold is still valid with normal chip information reading function and that there is no major change in your current appearance (e.g. plastic surgery and gender change). Otherwise, you are advised to re-apply for a new ID immediately.
3. Students from Hong Kong and Macau must carry their valid Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, Mainland Residence Permits for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, Hong Kong and Macau SAR Identity Cards, and Hong Kong and Macau SAR Passports to take the exam.
4. Students from Taiwan, China, must carry their original valid Mainland Travel Permits for Taiwan Residents or the original Mainland Residence Permits for Taiwan Residents to take the exam.
5. Students of non-China nationality must carry valid original passports to take the exam. The passport must clearly show the student’s name, recent photo and signature, and bears a Chinese entry visa.

• Note: Students are required to pass the identity verification before the exam of each subject. Students who are not able to be verified with a valid ID will be refused admission. A valid ID must meet the following requirements:
  1. The provided ID is original, government-issued.
  2. The type of ID is one of the ones listed above as accepted forms of ID.
  3. The photo on the ID is recent and recognizable and clearly matches the student’s appearance on test day.
  4. The ID must be current – the expiration date is after the exam date.
  5. The name and birthdate on the ID must match the information on the Admission Ticket provided by Prometric.
  6. The information chip must be working on the ID Certificate.

Registration Instructions:

• AP Coordinators from each AP school will be responsible for verifying and submitting affiliated-student and exam subject information in an exam roster to Prometric.
• Affiliated-students can only access the Prometric system for the next step of exam registration and payment after the AP school coordinator submits the student list and subjects. AP school students can only register through their AP school.
• Non-affiliated students who meet the registration requirements must submit their registration information through the MyAPChina website https://myapchina.prometric.com.cn by themselves in order to proceed with the next steps of exam registration and payment.
• All students with paid exam registrations will be guaranteed for test seat assignments.
• Before registration and payment, students can visit Exam Location page or login MyAPChina website https://myapchina.prometric.com.cn to check the city where the corresponding test center is located. The specific exam location will be published in early April.
• Student registration information including ID type, ID number, name, date of birth and test location will be included in the exam admission tickets (but cannot be changed), which will be available to download approximately one month before the exam.
• The Pinyin / spelling of the student’s name in their AP Profile must match the legal name on the identification document used for the exam. Please refer to the guidance in the student instruction document.
• For AP Art and Design 2D, 3D, and Drawing and AP Research:
  • There is no formal end-of-course exam administered. Students must submit portfolios directly to the AP Program. Registration and payment procedure will be the same as all other AP Exams.
  • Test location is not relevant to these exams which are done via online digital portfolio submission only. When being asked to search test center location, input city name found by the step above. This is only needed in order to proceed to the payment.
  • The exam date and time shown during registration is the deadline for the Digital Portfolio submission of each exam.
  • Confirmation letter emails will be sent to students after successful payment. Prometric will order the exams to allow students to complete the Digital Portfolio submission with AP.
  • Only paid exams will be scored by AP. Registered students must meet the submission deadlines to upload and submit their digital works to be scored.
• Students requiring special accommodations or arrangements during the exam must submit a request to the College Board SSD department in advance and obtain official approval. Additionally, they must confirm with Prometric that the test center can accommodate these specific needs before finalizing their registration. Students can visit the official College Board website https://apstudents.collegeboard.org/getting-accommodations to review the eligibility criteria, application procedures, and detailed guidelines for special testing arrangements. Test centers will not implement special arrangements for requests that have not received official approval and confirmation from Prometric.

Registration Deadline:

• Please find registration, payment and confirmation timeline, instructions for AP Coordinators, Students/Parents on the Timeline page.

Registration Fees:

• ￥1525 per exam including a non-refundable ￥133 for processing fee and tax. Payment can be accepted via bank card, Alipay or WeChat Pay at the time of registration.
• Refund requests will not be accepted once a student has confirmed their registration and successfully paid the fees.
• Refunds are available only in the following circumstances: registration failure or the inability of the test center to administer the exam due to force majeure or unforeseen events beyond the control of Prometric and the College Board. Refunds will be returned to the original payment account after the deduction of processing fees and taxes; students are advised to use an Alipay or WeChat account that is regularly used by themselves or their parents to complete the payment.
• There are no make-up arrangements for AP exams. Fees will not be refunded if a student voluntarily withdraws, fails to show up for the exam, or is unable to take the exam for personal reasons.

Schedule for digital exams administered in person. AP Art and Design (2D, 3D, Drawing) and AP Research portfolio exams do not have a paper-and-pencil exam and have separate deadlines for digital portfolio submission.
